If you are not satisfied with your organic121 product purchase, excluding volume license purchases, please contact Customer Support for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to the organic121 order center within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced by organic121 for European customers). If your product was delivered via Electronic Software Download, then you are required to complete and return organic121’s Letter of Destruction or complete the Confirmation of Destruction process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are
approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within a certain amount of days.
